The consulting and software development company has launched its lottery portfolio, aimed at state lotteries across the US and Canada.
To support this, Adesso has also become a member of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL).
Last year, the company was also certified by the Security Control Standard 2020 of the World Lottery Association (WLA).
This was regarding the integrity of its information, security and data processing levels.
Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Striemer, SVP of Lottery at Adesso, said: "Adesso is ideally equipped to meet the challenges of digitalisation in the global lottery market.
“We are looking forward to the US and Canadian markets, and are convinced that our future-proof solutions will enrich the state and provincial lottery companies here."
The company will emphasise two products during this launch: LotteryForce, its cloud-based iLottery platform, and its blockchain-based draw system, addessoDraws.
Adesso has also hired Bishop Woosley, of Woosley Gaming Advisors, to oversee the business strategies in the US and Canada.
Woosley is an experienced lottery and gaming consultant, and was the former State Lottery Director and NASPL President.
On the expansion, Woosley said: "Adesso has in-depth industry expertise with real unique selling points on the market.
