Operator bet365 has launched new betting markets ahead of the forthcoming 2023 NFL Draft.

The Draft sees collegiate players from across the US get picked by teams in the NFL, with last place from the season before picking first, and is an important three days in the NFL calendar.

Now, bet365 is offering new bets on the Draft, with overall picks, team markets, first positional selections and more all there for players to wager on.

The company has highlighted players that will be ‘ones to watch’ in the Draft, including C.J. Stroud, a quarterback from Ohio State that is considered a first-pick frontrunner. Next is Bryce Young, another quarterback that won the 2021 Heisman Trophy while playing for Alabama. Third is an outside linebacker called Will Anderson Jr, who played with the Alabama Crimson Tide and was part of the All-American teams of 2021 and 2022.

Bryce Young and C.J. Stroud have the biggest chance of being the first pick, according to bet365, coming in at 1/12 and 8/1, respectively.

Meanwhile, Will Anderson is the top choice to be the first name selected of the second pick, with his odds being set at 9/5 by the operator.

A bet365 spokesperson said of the move: “The NFL Draft is upon us, and we’re delighted to offer our customers a huge variety of betting markets ahead of Round 1 on Thursday.

“The draft has a huge following internationally, and with bet365’s global reach, we hope to play a small part in what could be a thrilling week of predictions, picks, trades and transfers.”
