Galaxsys has announced that it will incorporate its crash-style portfolio of games into NeoGames subsidiary Pariplay.

The portfolio of instant, crash, mines and plinko games in the Galaxsys Fast Games brand is made for players who like having winning experiences in non-traditional slots.

Gil Soffer, Galaxsys SVP of Sales and Business Development, said: "We are pleased to offer our fast and skill games content which shall be available via Pariplay's Fusion aggregation platform.

"Our portfolio comprises over 18 fast and skill games, crash games, fast table games, keno and Asian games and focuses on innovation and player engagement. We aim to provide 30 new fast games by the end of 2023.

"We, like Pariplay, are focused on enhancing the player game experience, back-office conversion, and retention tools that enhance player value, of which both companies can leverage the combined expertise and resources to bring new and exciting opportunities to wider communities and players worldwide that Pariplay supplies."

Teni Grigoryan, Galaxsys Head of the Sales Department, said: "Our team is delighted to work with Pariplay. We look forward to supporting Pariplay over the months ahead as our products increase."

Four new games have recently been made available to operators by Galaxsys to boost player interaction and revenue prospects.

The company's 22+ fast and skill games now include Jungle Wheel, Ninja Crash, Crasher and Roulette X.

NeoGames, meanwhile, reached an agreement to be acquired by Aristocrat for $29.50 in cash per share, which values the company at $1.2bn.
