ottoland has received its license approval to operate in the Republic of Ireland, its third new licensed territory in the past 12 months. The permit has been awarded by the country’s National Excise License Office. The site www.lottoland.ie is now available to the Irish players.

The Gibraltar-based online lottery site also holds online gaming licences in Australia and from the UK Gambling Commission.

Similarly to other Lottoland sites, the website will allow customers to bet on the outcome of the biggest lotteries from across the world, with mega jackpots. Lottoland’s portfolio provides scratchcards, game products and draws offered by EuroMillions, US MegaMillions, US PowerBall, Spain’s El Gordo and many other worldwide lotteries.

Commenting on the Ireland’s launch, Lottoland CEO Nigel Birrell said: “The Republic of Ireland is a vibrant, growing market with huge potential and we’re very confident there’s a strong appetite for our innovative lottery betting offering.”
