Baha Mar upgrades QCI Enterprise Platform to version 5.2
QCI and Baha Mar Casino signed a partnership in March at Baha Mar.
Baha Mar, a Caribbean resort destination in The Bahamas, and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have announced the update of QCI’s Enterprise Platform to version 5.2.
Version 5.2 improves the QCI platform with the automation of operational tools that represent an integral part of a gaming facility’s daily management.
The 100,000 square feet of gaming space at the Baha Mar Casino is set up to accommodate players of all skill levels.
John Zaremba, SVP of Casino Operations for Baha Mar, said: “The technology affords us the opportunity to analyse machine data and player information in a wide variety of formats, date ranges and categories. It also allows us to better understand our guest’s preferences and play patterns which allow us to optimise our slot floor based on qualified data and statistics.”
