GGBet will enter the UK market, following the acquisition of the company trademark by Rednines Gaming.
Previously operating under the online casino and sports betting brand, Dr.Bet, Rednines Gaming will now redirect users to ggbet.co.uk.
Customers who were previously signed up with Dr.Bet will retain their accounts and balances as they’re moved over to the GGBet domain.
Sergii Mishchenko, GGBet UK CEO, said: “The decision to purchase the GGBet franchise is an important step for the development of our company.
“The UK betting market is highly competitive. As a result, we decided to continue operating under a strong international brand that will allow us to stand out among other bookmakers.
We’re delighted to become a part of a global brand, and are looking forward to contributing to the esports betting market in the UK.”
GGBet will offer UK players a range of sports and sports betting markets, including Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and League of Legends.
Alongside its sports betting section, GGBet will also launch its online casino category with a number of slot games, such as Legacy of Dead, Starburst, The Goonies and Megaways Wolf Legend.
Finally, there’s a live casino section, with blackjack, roulette and baccarat games available with liver dealers, and an upcoming tournaments tab.
GGBet will operate in the UK through the Gambling Commission licence previously obtained by Rednines Gaming.
With the esports scene bigger than ever, GGBet CEO Dmytro Voshkaryn discussed how advanced esports trading could help bettors.
