Dafabet to remain as Sunderland shirt sponsor

Dafa

Dafabetlogo
bet has extended its partnership with Barclays Premier League football club Sunderland to continue as its principal partner.

The Asian operator’s name was donned on the Black Cats' shirts last season and the agreement has been extended to the end of the 2018-2019 season.

Sunderland has launched a Chinese language website through Dafabet’s support and Dafabet will be operating several fan-engagement activities, such as the presenting of a giant crowd-surfer flag to a fan group that will be used at the club’s Stadium of Light home stadium on matchdays.

Sponsorship of football teams and sporting events has played a key role in Dafabet’s marketing strategy.

It was announced in May that Dafabet would be featured on the front of Scottish Premiership champions Celtic’s shirts from the beginning of next season, having already been the club’s official betting partner.

Dafabet was also the shirt sponsor of then Premier League club Aston Villa between 2013 and 2015, and has previously been the sponsor of the World Snooker Championship, while it is also the sponsor of snooker’s Masters tournament.
