The Michigan Gaming Control Board has now formally given 1X2 Network a complete supplier's licence.

After receiving clearance in Ontario last year, 1X2 Network's arrival in the Great Lakes State marks an important turning point in their efforts to expand throughout the Americas.

The approval means that players in Michigan will be able to access games from the in-house gaming studios of 1X2 Network, Iron Dog Studio, Prospect Gaming and AD Lunam, including 1 Million Megaways BC, 1 Million Fortunes Megaways, with Iron Dog Studio's Strike Series of Hold and Win games.

Soon, operators and players in Michigan will be able to play Maverick, the first game from AD Lunam, on the 1X2 Network.

Maverick, one of the supplier's first steps into crash and multiplier gaming, was introduced in February of this year under the AD Lunam brand.

Since then, several popular releases in the arcade vertical have been released.

Kevin Reid, the 1X2 Network CEO, said: “We’re immensely proud to bring out content to the US and Michigan represents one of the first states to fully appreciate the powerful opportunities for regulated iGaming.

"We share Michigan’s belief in the sector's future being in regulation and welcome the challenge to strengthen our position in the US amongst such exciting competition.”

Meanwhile, the 1x2 Network received a Swedish B2B gaming licence from the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) in May.

The UK-based iGaming content and software developer already has licenses in the UK, Romania, Greece, Malta and Ontario.
