The Gambling Commission and Betting & Gaming Council have suspended the operating licences of In Touch Games, an online gambling company operating in Great Britain.

The move comes as the Gambling Commission body has initiated a comprehensive review under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005.

Furthermore, there are suspicions that the company has been operating in breach of the conditions outlined in its licence, casting doubt on its suitability to continue its licensed activities.

Specifically, the operator is under scrutiny for alleged non-compliance with vital licence conditions related to preventing money laundering, maintaining equitable and transparent terms and practices, and promptly reporting crucial events.

Throughout this suspension period, the Commission has conveyed its expectations to the operator, emphasising the importance of prioritising equitable treatment of consumers and ensuring that they are kept well-informed about any developments that may affect them.

However, the suspension, effective immediately, does not restrict consumers from accessing their accounts and making withdrawals.

In Touch Games operates online gambling platforms including bonusboss.co.uk, cashmo.co.uk, casino.mfortune.co.uk, casino2020.co.uk, drslot.co.uk, jammymonkey.com, mfortune.co.uk, mrspin.co.uk, pocketwin.co.uk and slotfactory.com.

A spokesperson for the Betting and Gaming Council said: “Following the suspension of their operating licence by the Gambling Commission, consistent with our strict rules, we are immediately suspending In Touch Games Ltd’s membership of the BGC while the details of the case are investigated.

“As the standards body representing the regulated industry, our top priority is ensuring that the interests of In Touch Games' customers are protected.”
