This launch marks the completion of a company-wide rollout of property-specific loyalty rewards programs, powered by Synkros.

Players can now access rewards and benefits at each of the four destinations owned by The Queen Casino & Entertainment, including Belle of Baton Rouge, DraftKings at Casino Queen and Casino Queen Marquette.

Team members at The Queen Baton Rouge will also benefit from the latest systems technology, including Synkros' comprehensive SYNK31 Title 31 / Anti-Money Laundering system and the Konetic employee mobile application.

Terry Downey, President and CEO of The Queen Casino & Entertainment, expressed the significance of this technological advancement, stating, "Launching best-in-class casino technology and seamless loyalty rewards through SYNKROS has been part of our vision for The Queen Baton Rouge following the successful installs at Belle of Baton Rouge, DraftKings at Casino Queen, and Casino Queen Marquette."

The Queen Casino & Entertainment operates two renowned Baton Rouge venues: Belle of Baton Rouge and The Queen Baton Rouge (formerly Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge).

The recent brand transformation and an $85m project have transitioned the property to a new landside facility, expanding its footprint to over 100,000 square feet while introducing gaming, dining and entertainment offerings.
