Las Vegas Strip resort Flamingo Las Vegas has announced that Gordon Ramsay Burger will be opening at the resort in the summer of 2024.
This will be the fifth location for the Gordon Ramsay Burger restaurant chain, with the first opening in December 2012 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. This will also be the chef’s seventh restaurant at Caesars Entertainment's Las Vegas resorts.
The restaurant will occupy the former Bird Bar space along Las Vegas Boulevard and includes a bar, multiple dining areas, views of the exhibition kitchen, among many other features, with the outside of the restaurant showcasing a 25-foot-tall LED column with Gordon Ramsay Burger imagery underneath the Flamingo neon of the resort.
Ramsay spoke about the new location of his restaurant: “We are incredibly fortunate to celebrate the popularity of Burger inside Planet Hollywood.
“So much, in fact, that we expanded the space a few years ago to meet the demand and accommodate more guests. Now, to add another location inside one of the most iconic resorts in Las Vegas is truly a dream come true.”
SVP and General Manager of Flamingo Las Vegas, Dan Walsh, added: “Adding Chef Ramsay to our culinary roster creates a whole new dynamic at the Flamingo.
“From delicious burgers and signature sides, Gordon Ramsay Burger will be a fun dining destination for family and friends to enjoy at our resort.”
This weekend’s F1 in Las Vegas will see Ramsay and other chefs providing food to guests.
