Boldplay has been granted approval to operate in Peru's expanding iGaming market by Peru's General Directorate of Casino Games and Slot Machines.
This development comes following the endorsement of sports betting and iGaming regulations by Peru's Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) in October, which officially came into effect on 9 February 2024.
With this approval, Boldplay is expanding its presence in Latin America and increasing its global footprint within regulated markets.
The company is now positioned to offer its portfolio of over 100 slot, table, scratch, bingo and keno games to operators in Peru.

Earlier this month, Boldplay partnered with Novibet, allowing Novibet to integrate Boldplay's entire portfolio of games into its platform, offering customers access to a catalogue of nearly 100 titles, including the latest releases like ‘Brute Force’ and ‘Paddy's Pints.’
Moreover, Boldplay's partnership with NuxGame enabled operators and clients to access Boldplay's library of games through a single aggregation point. Games from Boldplay are certified for several European markets and offer customisable features.
In addition to Boldplay's entry into Peru, regulatory audit company Ecogra has received authorisation to operate as a Certification Laboratory in Peru. This authorisation allows Ecogra to offer its testing, inspection and certification services to operators and studios in the region.
