3 Oaks Gaming has achieved a milestone in its expansion strategy by obtaining a Class 2 Romania licence from the National Gaming Office (ONJN).
This regulatory approval enables the company, licensed under One Rock to extend its operations into the Romanian market.
With the Romania licence secured, 3 Oaks Gaming plans to offer licensed operators access to a range of its games, including titles like 3 Hot Chillies, Coin Volcano and Sky Pearls.
Sebastian Damian, 3 Oaks Gaming Managing Director, said: "We are delighted to have been granted our Romania licence, a significant milestone that enables us to expand our presence and deliver content to licensed operators in this market. This accomplishment aligns perfectly with our company's overarching business objectives and complements our existing operations.”
The acquisition of the Romania licence follows 3 Oaks Gaming's recent certifications in Portugal and the UK.
In Portugal, the company received certification to operate its games in compliance with the country's regulatory requirements, expanding its presence in the European market.
Similarly, in the UK market, 3 Oaks Gaming obtained a remote operating licence from the Gambling Commission, allowing it to distribute its gaming products to licensed operators.
In addition to its regulatory achievements, 3 Oaks Gaming has formed strategic partnerships with operators such as Alphawin in Bulgaria and NetBet in Mexico and Italy.
