Swintt has gained approval from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to offer its games in the Canadian province.

This marks the first time the company has entered North America, with the majority of its other markets represented across Europe.

The approval will cover games from both SwinttGames and Elysium Studios, a content developer the company acquired earlier this year for an undisclosed amount.

As such, players in Ontario will be able to access games such as Aloha Spirit XtraLock, Tipsy Charms and Law of Gilgamesh.

Swintt CEO, David Mann, said: “Swintt is delighted to have received AGCO approval for its games in Ontario and we’re very excited to now have the chance to take this new and dynamic market by storm.

“Being certified to launch in Ontario is definitely a huge step for the company that will enable us to showcase our brand to new audiences on the global stage.”

The library of games from Swintt can be categorised into five different verticals; Table games, book games, branded games, SwinttLive and slots.

In addition to AGCO, Swintt is also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under license number MGA/B2B/745/2019 and the Gambling Commission under account number 60473.

This won’t be the only expansion by Swintt though, as the provider has stated that it also plans on expanding into Greece, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Italy, Romania and the US.
