Egaming Integrity launches to enhance Isle of Man compliance

Egaming Integrity has officially launched as a specialised compliance services provider dedicated to protecting OGRA (Online Gambling Regulation Act) licence holders and the Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) that support them.

The Isle of Man’s eGaming sector has experienced rapid growth, with the number of OGRA licensees more than doubling in recent years.

This expansion has created a shortage of highly qualified, well-trained and experienced compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) professionals locally, posing a challenge for online gambling operators licensed on the island.

Egaming Integrity aims to address this challenge with a team of industry experts and former regulators. The company offers tailored services – including mock audits, remediation and internal audits – to help businesses comply with the regulatory requirements of the Isle of Man licence.

Emma Shilling, Director of Egaming Integrity, stated: “Licensed online gambling operators and local Corporate Service Providers have been looking for a credible provider to offer specialist services beyond day-to-day compliance.

“We’ve already helped several CSPs navigate the sector in previous roles, where eGaming isn’t always the primary area of expertise so businesses have sought our experience and industry knowledge to help them service their clients more effectively.”

Nick Bowden, fellow Director at Egaming Integrity, added: “Our in-depth evaluations prepare operators for regulatory visits, remediation support to bring businesses back into good standing with the regulator, and independent assurance makes sure risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.”

Slotegrator is one of the more recent companies to secure an Isle of Man licence, attaining the Online Gambling Permit for Software Supply which is valid from 5 December 2023 to 4 December 2028.
