ACR Poker will host its annual online charity poker tournament on Wednesday, 16 October, at 6pm ET, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The event will feature a $15,000 guaranteed prize pool and players will enter the tournament with a $55 buy-in.
All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF), which provides support to individuals affected by breast cancer.
Last year, ACR Poker’s charity tournament raised $20,000 for the American Cancer Society, with over 400 players participating. This year, ACR Poker aims to build on that success, pledging to match the final prize pool as a donation to the UBCF, up to $15,000.
The charity tournament will also be streamed live on ACR Poker’s Twitch channel, where viewers can follow the event’s progress. During the broadcast, $66 tickets to ACR Poker’s $1m Guaranteed Venom Warmup tournament will be given away to viewers.
Good to know: ACR Poker professionals Katie Lindsay, Ebony Kenney and Svitlana "Svetarik" Dryha will be hosting the event.
Lindsay recently achieved her career-best win at the Moneymaker Tour Aruba Main Event, while Kenney made four final tables in ACR Poker’s OSS XL tournament series in September. Dryha joined ACR Poker’s first ACR Team Online earlier this year.
In May 2024, ACR Poker supported Chris Moneymaker’s $200,000 Guaranteed Main Event in Aruba, sending 20 players through online satellite events.
ACR Poker continues to participate in global poker events and has expanded its presence through high-stakes tournaments in multiple regions, including London and Montenegro.
