Aposta Ganha has been awarded its licence under the Betting Management System (Sigap) to operate within Brazil’s regulated market.
Operations under the licence are scheduled to begin on 1 January 2025, subject to the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) completing its analysis.
Aposta Ganha has been active in the Brazilian market for six years and will now transition into the regulated environment, adhering to the SPA's rules established by the Ministry of Finance.
