Octavian Group has announced a new partnership with Flutter, positioning its proprietary online slot games and casino aggregation platform for international market expansion.

The partnership introduces Octavian's HubCasino aggregator, which integrates content from a number of gaming providers, to Flutter Group's online gaming network.

Beginning with the Italian market through Betfair.it, the collaboration aims to extend across additional markets and Flutter Group brands in the future.

Commenting on the new deal, Simone Pachera, Octavian Group CEO, stated: "We are thrilled to partner with Flutter Group and bring our DreamSet games and HubCasino aggregator to Betfair.it.

“This agreement represents a powerful synergy between our technological innovation and Flutter's market reach.

“Together, we are setting the stage for an exciting expansion into new territories, while continuously focusing on quality of games and player satisfaction.”

In related news, it was also announced earlier this month that Flutter had appointed Kevin Harrington as its new UK & Ireland CEO – a move that was part of a slight organisational restructure for the company.

This announcement came shortly after the company had voiced concerns about parts of Ireland’s Gambling Regulation Bill, with a spokesperson for Flutter stating: “As a vocal advocate for regulation in Ireland for more than a decade, we welcome the new Gambling Regulation Bill but remain concerned about a number of unintended consequences.

“While we support much of what is contained within the new legislation, we believe the way it has been written could have an impact on the future of horse racing in Ireland and drive more players into the open arms of the unlicensed and unregulated black market.”
