DiamondRock Hospitality Company has announced the appointment of Stephanie Lepori to its Board of Directors, effective 15 January 2025.
Lepori currently holds the position of Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer at Caesars Entertainment and brings nearly three decades of experience in financial management, strategic growth and operational oversight within the gaming and hospitality industries.
In her role at Caesars, Lepori has played a central role in numerous large-scale transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, while managing diverse responsibilities such as accounting, compliance, risk management and human resources.
Her experience includes contributions to Caesars’ expansion initiatives, such as integrating new platforms and optimising operations after mergers.

Lepori currently serves as a Community Board Member for the Truckee Meadows Boys and Girls Club and will assume the role of Pacific Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club of America in 2025.
Additionally, she is set to chair the Audit and Compliance Committee for Renown Health, where she serves on the Board of Directors.
This announcement follows Caesars Entertainment’s collaboration with Bragg Gaming to develop proprietary online casino games through an exclusive technology partnership.
