Key points:
- AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service has returned over $70m to players since its launch in 2009
- The milestone follows AskGamblers' expansion into sports betting and the introduction of a live scores feature
AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service has announced a new milestone, having returned over $70m in unpaid, delayed or unfairly confiscated funds to players.
This achievement comes just over a year after the service surpassed the $60m mark in late 2023.
Commenting on the achievement, Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, stated: "Among the many AskGamblers features we provide to our players, Casino Complaint Service is undoubtedly the most important. It's what puts us on the map of trustworthy iGaming affiliates, and it's one of the reasons players keep putting their trust in us.
“Personally and on behalf of the whole AskGamblers team, I want to thank our Complaints team for always going the extra mile to help players who would otherwise be left to their own devices when trying to get justice and reclaim their money."
Good to know: Since its launch in 2009, the Casino Complaint Service has processed over 30,540 complaints, successfully resolving 23,700 cases
This milestone follows other recent developments for the platform, which celebrated reaching 700,000 registered members just earlier this month.
The company has also expanded its offerings over the past year, adding a sports betting section called "AskGamblers Sports" and introducing a live scores feature in December 2024.
The live scores feature aims to consolidate betting information by providing real-time updates, fixtures and team statistics – integrating with sportsbooks to offer updated odds and exclusive betting bonuses.
