The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has announced that the 2025 WSOP Tournament of Champions will take place at The Commerce Casino & Hotel in Los Angeles, California, from 15 to 17 May.
The $1m freeroll tournament is exclusively open to players who have won a WSOP bracelet or Circuit ring between June 2024 and May 2025.
The Tournament of Champions marks the culmination of the WSOP Circuit season, which runs from 8 to 24 May at The Commerce.
This year’s series features 18 WSOP Circuit ring events with a total prize pool exceeding $3.5m.
Commenting on the development, WSOP CEO Ty Stewart stated: “We are happy to return to The Commerce Casino & Hotel for the WSOP Tournament of Champions and our 15th consecutive $1m freeroll.
“With a $2m guaranteed Circuit Main Event, WSOP satellites and nonstop action at the world’s biggest poker room, this is like the opening ceremonies for the 2025 WSOP.”

In addition to the headline events, The Commerce will offer a variety of side tournaments and satellite events, giving players multiple opportunities to qualify for the main competitions.
