The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has unveiled the “PAGCOR Guarantee” website, enabling users to verify whether online gaming platforms operate under a valid licence.
Launched on 18 June, the site offers a roster of authorised operators and includes direct links to their official platforms.
PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H Tengco said: “This new website will help our players easily identify and verify whether the online gaming sites are duly licensed before playing or making any payments.”
He added: “By providing the public with a quick and accessible way to check a site’s legitimacy, we are empowering them to make informed decisions and avoid falling victim to fraudsters and scammers.”

Tengco commented: “Illegal online gaming sites not only endanger players but also erode public trust and deprive the government of vital revenues.”
He noted the agency has received a growing number of complaints against platforms that refuse to pay winnings to players.
The PAGCOR Guarantee initiative is positioned as a key element of the regulator’s broader framework to promote player safety and support responsible gaming. The platform will reportedly be updated regularly to reflect changes in licensing status, ensuring users have reliable and current information.
