Wynn Resorts has released initial details about Enclave, an exclusive accommodation tier within its upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
The ultra-luxury offering is positioned as a premium hospitality concept featuring bespoke service and elevated amenities within the broader resort complex.
Enclave will occupy the uppermost levels of the resort's 1,000-foot tower, featuring 313 rooms across six distinct suite configurations.
Accommodations range from 800-square-foot Enclave King Suites to two 16,000-square-foot two-story Royal Apartments.
The suites incorporate a residential design aesthetic with in-room amenities including dual private pantries offering provisions in separate custom cabinetry.
The facility also includes dedicated amenities exclusively for Enclave guests, including a private entrance, lobby and concierge services.
Additionally, a private pool and beach area features three pools and a dedicated shoreline section within the resort's gardens.
Dining options include a Lebanese restaurant and a lobby lounge offering breakfast service for Enclave guests and transitioning to lunch and dinner service.
Good to know: Two Royal Apartments designed by Anouska Hempel of London and Pinto Design of Paris will serve as the premium accommodations within Enclave
The broader Wynn Al Marjan Island resort spans over 60 hectares and will include 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, plus additional residential components.
The property will feature 24 dining and entertainment venues, spa facilities, retail spaces and a deep-water marina capable of accommodating superyachts.
Construction of Wynn Al Marjan Island is proceeding on schedule, with the tower's topping-out planned for late 2025 and the resort's opening targeted for early 2027.
The Enclave announcement follows Wynn's recent completion of the Wynn Mayfair acquisition from Crown Resorts in London's West End. The private members' gaming club – featuring 20 gaming tables across Georgian townhouses in Mayfair – represents Wynn's continued international expansion strategy alongside its UAE development.
