Inspire Entertainment Resort has appointed Lee Sang-won as its new Chief Transformation Officer, effective 11 August, The Chosun Biz reported. The role will see him drive organisational efficiency, enhance collaboration between departments and support long-term growth for the integrated resort.
Lee has held senior positions at both domestic and international companies, including McKinsey & Company, LG Electronics and Serveone. His career spans strategy development, operational improvement and corporate transformation, with direct involvement in over 30 major projects covering mergers and acquisitions, business strategies and system enhancements.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, as well as a master’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from Columbia University in the United States.
At Inspire, Lee will oversee strategy planning, data analysis and IT operations, with a focus on creating a more structured and efficient business environment. The aim is to embed innovation across the organisation and improve the customer experience at all points of contact.
