Virgin Bet has launched Subs for Subs, a campaign giving football fans the chance to win a full year of football subscriptions for themselves and a friend.

YouGov research commissioned by Virgin Bet found subscription costs are a key barrier for many fans watching football. Subs for Subs aims to help fans stay connected to the game and is part of Virgin Bet’s wider “A Good Bet” initiative.

Previous initiatives have included events such as Women’s Day at Doncaster Racecourse and sponsorships promoting safety measures for attendees.

The campaign starts on Friday 15 August, coinciding with the 2025/26 Premier League season and runs throughout August on Absolute Radio. This marks Virgin Bet’s third year sponsoring Rock ‘N’ Roll Football.

Dominic Vye, Virgin Bet MD, stated: “Subs for Subs is our way of giving back to the passionate supporters who make the game what it is. This campaign embodies our A Good Bet purpose: fostering a more inclusive football community where every fan can stay connected to the sport they love.”
