ling software provider Playtech has today confirmed the signing of a casino management system agreement with Caesars Entertainment EMEA, covering eight of its UK properties, including the Empire Casino in central London.
Under the terms of the deal, its subsidiary IGS will replace Caesars’ existing casino technology with its Neon Enterprise system, integrating the companies 178 UK based gaming tables and 427 electronic terminals under one computer system.
The agreement allows Caesars to utilise Neon systems player tracking features and control tools in respect of anti-money laundering, Know Your Customer and enhanced due diligence.
In a statement accompanying the announcement, Caesars Entertainment EMEA CFO Alex Oswald said: “From my previous experience of using Neon – specifically Neon Analytics and the data it provides operators – I knew that it would make a significant impact if deployed within Caesars Entertainment properties.”
