Final Global Gaming Awards 2017 judges confirmed

final three judges for the prestigious Global Gaming Awards 2017 have been confirmed, bringing the total judging panel up to 60 judges. As in previous years, the judges represent a diverse cross-section and include some of the most influential figures in the gambling industry.

Finbarr O’Mahony, Head of Real Money Gaming at social media giant Facebook is a new face to the Global Gaming Awards judging panel this year. He is joined by Ed Young, an Equity Research Analyst for worldwide financial firm Morgan Stanley and Bit8 CEO Angelo Dalli.

The trio will join Global Gaming Awards stalwarts including IGT CEO and industry veteran Walter Bugno, American Gaming Association President & CEO Geoff Freeman, CEO of Microgaming Roger Raatgever, NetEnt CEO Per Eriksson and Senior Vice President of Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Las Vegas legend Jan Jones Blackhurst.

Judges will cast their votes for winners in each of the twelve categories, with the votes being independently counted and verified by accounting firm KPMG.

The winners will be announced at a presentation ceremony which will be held at the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas on 2 October.
