IGT appoints permanent Chairperson
Supplier IGT has appointed its former Vice Chairperson, Lorenzo Pellicioli, as its new Chairperson.
Pellicioli had been Acting Chairperson since August.
James McCann, who has served on the Board since 2015, was also appointed as Vice Chairperson and Lead Independent Director.
Pellicioli said: “I am honoured to serve as Chairperson for IGT and I look forward to working with the Directors and senior management to guide continued success in the future.”
