The third annual Summit of iGaming Malta is fast approaching, with more than 3,000 delegates expected to attend the conference, which takes place from Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 November at the InterContinental Arena.

I-Gaming industry gears up for SiGMA

The sense in Malta playing host to one of the most eagerly anticipated conferences in the i-gaming calendar is clear when considering that hundreds of gaming companies are based in the country, while more than 9,000 people on the island are employed by the industry.

The conference agenda will be split into four sections – sports, affiliates, regulatory and payments – with each topic to be given half a day’s space on the conference program.

New for this year is the iGaming Startup Pitch, which promises to bring together “multi millionaires and bright sparks”.

Eight start-ups will be given three minute slots each, able to present their projects to a selection of investors before facing a Q&A session from these investors and the audience in a “Dragon’s Den-like environment”.

Among the investors will be Morten Klein, a Member of the Board at Cherry AB, and Carla Maree Vella, CEO/COO at Optimizer Invest, while the event will be moderated by Aideen Shortt, Partner at Random Consulting.

Those looking to attend this year’s event should book their tickets soon, with prices set to increase in the few days before SiGMA gets underway.
