Clarion Events acquires events group Affiliate Summit
Clarion Events has acquired Affiliate Summit for an undisclosed figure in a bid to reinforce its presence in the affiliate marketing sector.
The parent company of iGB Affiliate has purchased one of the largest affiliate marketing conferences in the world. Affiliate Summit is a three-day tradeshow including an exhibit hall with affiliates, merchants, vendors, and networking, as well as multiple tracks of educational sessions covering the latest trends.
The transaction also included FeedFront Magazine, GeekCast.fm, ReveNews.com, and the annual AffStat industry benchmark reports.
