Kambi secures national lottery sportsbook deal
Kambi, the Swedish-based sports betting platform and software provider, has continued it 2018 success with the signing of another agreement, this time to provide its sportsbook services to the Latvian national lottery operator.
SJSC Latvijas Loto Sportsbook, a government-owned lottery operator, will now see the Kambi sportsbook integrated into its player management platform.
This deal marks the first between Kambi and a public lottery. An opportunity Kambi claim was made possible due to “accreditation from both the European Lottery and World Lottery Associations”.
Kristian Nylén, Kambi Chief Executive Officer, explained: “To meet the standards required by Latvijas Loto, Kambi had to demonstrate the highest levels of compliance and security, as well as showcase a market-leading sports betting product.
“Having proven ourselves to be the secure and quality choice, we’re delighted Latvijas Loto has selected Kambi as its Sportsbook supplier and we look forward to building a strong and lasting partnership.”
The launch of the platform is scheduled for later this year.
