SIS agrees Buenos Aires racing deal

The three-year exclusive deal will allow SIS to sell live pictures and data from 188 meetings and 1,500 races to bookmakers.

Simon Fraser, Head of International Racing at SIS, said: “Securing the exclusive rights of live racing from the Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo racecourse is an important step in our ambitions to offer premium, round-the-clock action to operators and their customers across the globe.”

The Buenos Aires racecourse hosts 69 group races through the year, including the Group 1 events Gran Premio República, Gran Premio Polla de Potrillos y Potrancas, Gran Premio Selección and Gran Premio Nacional.

Hernan Fucile, Head of Product at Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with SIS, who have built a solid reputation as a trusted provider of quality racing content for many years.”
