Global Gaming appoints Niklas Jonsson as new CFO
Niklas Jönsson has been appointed Global Gaming's new Chief Financial Officer.
He replaces Christoffer Tell, who has chosen to step down from the role.
However, Tell will stay on in an advisory role to management until the end of February 2019, while Jönsson begins life as the new CFO on 1 January.
Jönsson has previous experience working with online gaming companies, his most recent position being CFO for Evolution Gaming Malta.
He said: “It’s incredibly inspiring to be part of Global Gaming’s continuing journey. Having come from the supplier side of the industry, I now want to continue my personal development on the operator side.”
Tell said: “The past three years have been a fantastic experience for both the company and myself personally.
“The listing on Nasdaq First North was a big milestone but, above all, the growth that Global Gaming has achieved, and the fact we now have an annualised revenue of SEK1bn ($110m) has really been incredible.”
