The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has approved fines amounting to $210,000 against two casinos which broke underage gaming violations.
The PGCB is tasked with overseeing the state’s casino industry and its fines were a direct result of the Board’s approval at its regular public meeting of consent agreements.
Mount Airy, operator of Mount Airy Casino Resort in Monroe County, was issued a fine of $170,000.
Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, operator of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, was hit with a $40,000 fine.
