Acres adds gifting solution InfiGifts to Foundation App Store
Acres Manufacturing Company has added a continuity gifting solution to its Foundation App Store.
InfiGifts from Casino Science is now available to install for free via Acres’ Foundation platform. Foundation was launched in February and allows casino operators to integrate content more easily from developers.
InfiGifts, meanwhile, is an app-based solution that allows customers to select and claim gift rewards from their smartphones.
According to Acres, Foundation enables InfiGifts to include “real-time gifting” and incorporate merchandise into bonusing.
“Our partnership with InfiGifts allows us to offer incredible value to any casino that deploys Foundation,” said Noah Acres.
“The casino industry has a significant, demonstrated need to modernise and InfiGifts is helping to address this through their tremendous upgrade for the continuity gifting process.”
However, the main benefit of InfiGifts when compared to in-house loyalty reward programmes is a reduced cost for casino operators.
Acres citied marketing studies which suggest US-based casinos spend as much as $2bn annually on gift programmes.
“Historically, continuity gifting has presented operational challenges including requiring casinos to spend heavily on inventory, storage and extra staffing on giveaway days,” said Acres.
But InfiGifts purports to remove these burdens by shipping redeemed gifts directly to a player’s mailing address, meaning casinos only pay for a gift once it has been ordered.
“Integrating to Foundation is an important step for InfiGifts,” said Azam Husain, Casino Science CEO.
“With direct and instant access to real-time play data, we can offer the right gift to the right player instantly via mobile app.”
