Steve Wynn goes (back) to court on 6 December 2022
Former casino magnate Steve Wynn is due to go on trial on 6 December in California, where he is charged as part of a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case for intimidating Angelica Limcaco, who alleges that Wynn threatened her into silence after he raped one of her salon employees in 2005.
In recent years, following a Wall Street Journal article that accused Wynn of having a ‘decades-long pattern of sexual misconduct’ regarding his female staff, Wynn has been the subject of multiple legal battles.
The accuser, Brenna Schrader, has had a lawsuit submitted on her behalf. It states: “The plaintiff was subjected to rape and sexual assaults beginning in 2012 until 2018 by either Mr Wynn or a VIP guest and was required to remain on call for Mr Wynn’s sexual satisfaction.”
