BetMGM mobile sports betting app launches in Puerto Rico
Sports betting was legalised in Puerto Rico in February 2022.
IGaming and sports betting operator BetMGM has debuted its sports betting app in Puerto Rico, complementing its retail sportsbook partner, at Casino del Mar at La Concha Resort in San Juan.
Sports betting was legalised in Puerto Rico in February 2022. BetMGM is the first operator to deliver mobile sports betting to Puerto Rico.
The mobile app offers customers the ability to customise pre-game, live in-play, futures and parlay wagers. As part of the application process, users in Puerto Rico will need to provide ID in person at the BetMGM sportsbook located at the resort in San Juan.
Earlier this year, BetMGM launched retail sports betting in Massachusetts. Alongside its sports betting offering, BetMGM will be integrating with MGM Rewards, allowing Massachusetts-based online customers to redeem gameplay rewards for experiences at MGM Resorts properties throughout the US.
