PA Betting Services expands global racing presence with acquisition of iRace Media
PA Betting Services, a subsidiary of PA Media Group, has acquired iRace Media, a horseracing data company based in Singapore. The acquisition extends PA Betting Services' global presence in the racing data sector and strengthens its position in the Asian market.
iRace Media is a provider of racing data and content services to B2B customers in the Asian market, including entities like The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Singapore Pools, 4Racing and Tabcorp.
The company’s services range from form guides and interactive tipping content. iRace Media is also known for producing “iRace,” a racing form guide for consumers in Asia.
The acquisition aims to enhance PA Betting Services’ racing capabilities, to offer customers a greater suite of services and an enhanced value proposition.
Clive Marshall, CEO of PA Media Group, noted: “The combined knowledge and reach of iRace and PA Betting Services will be significant for the industry. Not only does it allow us to reach new customers, but it also puts us in a position to offer a whole new range of services for our rightsholder and bookmaker partners.”
This acquisition marks another step in PA Betting Services’ history of partnerships and collaborations. The company has maintained a long-standing partnership with William Hill, providing horseracing, greyhound racing and sports data to the betting operator for over two decades.
PA Betting Services has also expanded its collaboration with bet365 by supplying the operator with new international football data. Furthermore, the company has renewed its partnership with Flutter, delivering racing data to Flutter’s brands, including Paddy Power and FanDuel.
