CasinoReviews.com returns over $8m to players through new ADR service

CasinoReviews.com, the online casino review platform, says it has returned over $8m to players within less than three months since the launch of its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.

This initiative, introduced to fortify player protection and cultivate a more secure online gaming atmosphere in 2024, has proven successful in processing and resolving over 7,300 complaints, averaging $1,095 per complainant.

The ADR service by CasinoReviews.com propositions itself as a free tool for both players and operators. It is also one of the only affiliate-based complaint services approved by regulators to function as an ADR.

Duncan Garvie, spokesperson for CasinoReviews.com, commented: “We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of our full Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Seeing over $8m returned to players in such a short time period fills us with immense pride.

“Our journey to enhance player protection and ensure a safer, more enjoyable online gaming experience has reached a significant milestone with over 7,300 complaints resolved. This achievement underscores our commitment to championing consumer interests and marks a significant step towards a more transparent and accountable iGaming industry.”

CasinoReviews.com’s ADR service not only enhances player protection but also aims to shape a more responsible and consumer-centric online gambling ecosystem.

Garvie concluded by stating: “We hope our service continues to be a beacon of support, offering a free, impartial and effective resolution path for our customers. Here’s to many more successes and to continuing to give back to our community.”
