MrFixitsTips acquired by North Star Network
The deal is set to enhance North Star Network's presence in the UK.
North Star Network has acquired MrFixitsTips (MFT), the company’s second major acquisition of the year.
In late February the company acquired SportsMole.co.uk for a seven-figure sum. The company, founded in 2011, delivers sports news and results to English-speaking audiences both in and outside the UK, focusing primarily on football coverage.
It joins a variety of other North Star Network companies, including Afrik-Foot, Premier League Brasil and Vringe among others. SportsMole.co.uk will be an additional asset in North Star Network’s UK-focused roster.
MFT was founded in 2010 and is recognised within the UK betting news and tips market. North Star Network is set to work with the MFT team to develop its audience and sports media approach, using creative and data-driven solutions to do so.
