Supplier iGP names Jovana Popovic Canaki as new CEO

Key points:

– Canaki, previously Deputy CEO, promoted to lead iGP as CEO

– iGP has discontinued its white-label solution to concentrate on B2B operations

– Recent partnerships include integrating Tom Horn Gaming’s portfolio into the iGaming Deck

Supplier iGP has announced the promotion of Jovana Popovic Canaki to CEO, following a period of strategic realignment for the iGaming platform and aggregator supplier.

Canaki, who joined iGP in June 2024 as Deputy CEO, steps into her new role as the company focuses exclusively on providing B2B solutions and scaling its iGaming Deck platform.

The shift away from white-label solutions marks a significant change for iGP as it seeks to refine its offerings in the competitive iGaming market. The company’s iGaming Deck platform, a centralised aggregator for online casino content, hosts thousands of games and promotional tools.

Canaki brings 17 years of experience in iGaming, with a career spanning leadership roles at Aspire Global and Bragg, where she oversaw product launches and built strong partnerships.

Good to know: Her promotion positions her as one of the few female CEOs in the B2B iGaming sector, a notable development in an industry where such leadership roles remain limited

Canaki stated: “I am honoured to be named CEO of iGP and thank Giovanni for this opportunity. I’ve spent my time here getting to know and understand our operators’ needs and really believe that iGP is the business to lead and solve their problems as we experience rapid growth makes me incredibly proud.”

Chairman Giovanni Paticchio added: “Jovana has spent considerable time at the start of her tenure deeply engaging with our business and used that time to create a vision for iGP that is truly inspiring.”

The company’s recent collaboration with Tom Horn Gaming added new titles to the iGaming Deck platform, which has already attracted over 20 content providers since its launch in 2023.
