MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

David Natroshvili played a central role in shaping Georgia’s economic and investment landscape as First Deputy Minister of Economy, where he led strategic policy initiatives and represented the country in major negotiations. Prior to this, he helped attract foreign capital through the Invest in Georgia programme, while also directing the national investment agency and leading large-scale reforms in state management. 

In 2018, Natroshvili founded Spribe, where he oversaw the development of Aviator, the crash game that has redefined real-time gameplay in online casinos. With more than 5,000 global operator integrations, the title helped establish crash games as a dominant vertical. Today, Natroshvili continues to drive Spribe’s global expansion and innovation agenda across the iGaming industry.  

EMPLOYMENT

Natroshvili’s professional career began in the United States, where he participated in a fast-track MBA Leadership Program at Transamerica. He worked directly with district managers on sales strategies and oversaw daily operations, gaining early exposure to corporate decision-making. 

In 2004, he returned to Georgia and became Director of the Georgian National Investment Agency. There, he was responsible for attracting foreign direct investment and promoting Georgia abroad through the Invest in Georgia initiative. He also developed a One Stop Shop business centre to assist investors with navigating tax regulations, economic conditions and business laws.  

Following this, he was appointed Chairman of the State Enterprise Management Agency in 2005. During it, he led privatisation efforts for state-owned properties, resulting in a 250% increase in state budget revenues. He also advised the Georgian government on investment negotiations, managed due diligence processes and oversaw a team of 88 staff members.  

Then, in late 2006, Natroshvili became First Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. Acting as the Minister’s first representative, he managed strategic initiatives in transport and communications policy – representing Georgia in large-scale investment negotiations. He also oversaw and managed a team of 220 Ministry staff and served as acting minister when required.  

Besides that, he later served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia from 2012 to 2014.  

In 2018, Natroshvili founded Spribe, an iGaming software company. As Founder and CEO, he oversaw the creation of Aviator, a crash game that has since become a global success. The title is now live with more than 5,000 operators and has over 50 million active monthly players, with 400,000 bets placed every minute. His leadership has positioned Spribe as a key player in the gaming industry, known for its innovation-first approach and commitment to shaping the next generation of digital gambling experiences.
