G2E Asia 2012 set to educate the industry

Offering insight and knowledge on the Asian gambling market, G2E Asia 2012 is one of the most impressive and important gaming events of the year.

Held at the Venetian Macao from 22-24 May, the show boasts a plethora of panels and exhibitors, making it the perfect place to share and explore strategies for success.

The conference begins on 22 May with a Global Markets Forum discussing various economic and regulatory issues, with sessions including “Spotlight on Macau: A Conversation with Local Leaders” and “Success in Singapore: Has Gaming Delivered on Its Promise?”.

The following day, 23 May, sees the show divide into two tracks, with one for senior management and one for middle management, with both covering operations, gaming technology and marketing, with content tailored to each group.

Both 23 and 24 May play host to general conference sessions covering technology, economic and social trends, the gaming market in China and the impact of social media. The G2E Asia Gaming Management Certificate Program also takes place on 24 May and will include special interactive educational workshops designed to help new casino managers in Asia further their knowledge of current gaming trends.

“For the past five years G2E Asia has been the premiere conference event for the Pan-Asian region, providing gaming industry professionals with the education they need to succeed,” said Frank J. Fahrenkopf, Jr., President and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA).

“Now in its sixth year, the 2012 Conference will again offer attendees unmatched networking opportunities and access to the industry experts who are leading the way in this rapidly evolving marketplace.”

All G2E events will provide simultaneous translation services, allowing attendees to listen to sessions in English or Cantonese.
