Metropolitan Gaming, an investment company wholly owned by Silver Point Capital and its affiliates, completed the transaction on 16 July 2021. It now owns and operates casinos in 11 locations across the UK and Africa, including Leicester Square’s Empire Casino.

Silver Point will provide investment and strategic support to the business, and work with management to develop Metropolitan Gaming into a leading brand in the luxury and premium gaming sectors.
