These approvals, which were granted in consecutive days by the Michigan Gaming Control Board and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, mark DWG’s stateside expansion.
The licences allow DWG to supply its content to regulated online operators in both states. The developer already holds a similar licence from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, which means its games are now available in the three largest US states to offer regulated online casino games.
DWG CEO Troy Zurawski said: “We’re serious about transforming online casino content in the US, and that means taking our games into all regulated jurisdictions across the country.
"Michigan and Pennsylvania are new and exciting markets that are crying out for original, world-class content. Our proprietary RGS integrated with SG Digital affords us break-neck speed to market. We can't wait to deliver our best-in-class content to the players of these great states.”
In September the developer had announced its entry in regulated markets across North America via a partnership with SG Digital. The agreement is set to start with a first-of-its-kind dual pilot launch in New Jersey with gaming operators Golden Nugget and Resorts Casino.
With over 15 years of experience, DWG is a provider of solutions for real-money online gaming, land-based and social gaming and it developed games for several brands of the industry (such as Novomatic and IGT), but also for its own social casino.
