IGT announces Gil Rotem as new President of iGaming

The position will require Rotem to be responsible for the ongoing development and global expansion of the IGT PlayCasino business, including iGaming bingo and poker; the role is effective immediately.

Enrico Drago, IGT CEO Digital & Betting, said: “The IGT PlayCasino business continues to grow at a rapid pace, and it offers many of the gaming industry’s highest-performing and most-recognised game titles.

Rotem brings an extensive list of knowledge with over two decades of experience in the gaming industry. His responsibilities in previous senior positions at Bet365 and 888 Holdings saw him deliver high growth, product optimisation improvements and strategic board-level planning and operations.

IGT believes his expertise as an independent consultant, delivering development in online sports betting gives him the requisite skills for his new role.
