Across distribution channels, NSoft saw stakes grow across land-based betting by 23% and online by 14%.

The B2B software development company gained new business from online channels with notable growth for some games in particular. More specifically, draw-based games, Roulette and Next Six, alongside Virtual Penalty Shootout and Greyhound Races from the virtual sports betting and racers categories.

NSoft also achieved a partnership in 2021 with CRM Marketing Hub, Optimove. The aim of this collaboration is to offer progressive solutions for betting operators, whiile enhancing customer personalisation of each channel; the idea being that through micro-segmenting the audience, it can ensure players are only approached with the most specific information.

Another partnership that was achieved in 2021 is with gaming and sports betting product distributor, SuzoHapp. The focus of this project is to hold physical representation in the US market, with SuzoHapp developing custom-built solutions and offering components that are available for immediate distribution.

NSoft has also seen a 20% increase in the number of visitors to its betting platform; with visitors coming from across five continents. At present, it serves more than 60,000 devices on a daily basis.

Furthering development plans, the company has extended its lottery retail channel as well. NSoft Lottery is provided through Betradar Unified Odds Feed (UOF), covering over 160 lotteries from over 30 countries.
