Incentive Games and bet365 launch World Cup Tournament Predictor

In the game, players can predict how countries will do at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, earning points for every correct pick.

A £1m jackpot is available for correctly predicting the entire tournament, with the top-scoring user set to claim £100,000. The top 10,000 users will share prizes worth £250,000.

“We are delighted with the look and feel of this game - it is the best-looking title we have produced to date,” said Incentive Games CEO and Co-Founder John Gordon.

“Going live across so many countries with the world’s favourite bookmaker is another watershed moment for us.

“If this is not the game with the most free-to-play entries for the World Cup, I will eat my kilt.”

The 2022 World Cup begins this Sunday as hosts Qatar take on Ecuador in Group A. The competition will run until December 18.

A bet365 Spokesperson said: “Think you have what it takes to predict an entire World Cup? If so, there’s a £1m jackpot waiting for you!

“At bet365 we’re delighted to deliver this free-to-play game to our customers ahead of the tournament and look forward to watching those predictions unfold.”

Last week, Sorare partnered with 18 national football teams to launch Sorare: Global Cup ’22.

The new free-to-play game comes ahead of the World Cup in Qatar and has such national teams as Germany, Argentina and Spain featured – with most of them signing long-term deals that reach beyond the finale of the tournament.
