Lady Luck Games signs distribution agreement with Microgame for Italian market

Lady Luck says Microgame has the biggest presence and distributary reach in the region, powering over 50 operators and their combined 130 brands.

Per the agreement, Lady Luck’s full portfolio of games will be made available to Italian customers, including its titles The Treasures of Tizoc, Mr. Alchemister, Valholl: Wild Hammers, Beetle Bailey, Astro Anna and SpinJoy Society Megaways.

Lady Luck Games Co-Founder and CEO Mads Jørgensen said: “Italy is the second-biggest market in Europe, and we are delighted to enter it with Microgame, who is the quintessential strategic Italian partner. This is a significant step for us and one of many more to come.”

Microgame CEO Marco Castaldo added: “We aim to provide the best possible online experience. Lady Luck Games products are eye-catching and entertaining. We are excited to partner with this young provider and look forward to a fruitful collaboration.”

Recently, Raw iGaming purchased Lady Luck’s Spigo asset portfolio, including its casual games, platform and customers.

Part of Spigo’s offering, now at Raw, are games such as Yatzy, Backgammon, Solitare, Match 3 and other slot games.

The purchase was intended to allow Raw to expand its offering into more commoditised gaming spaces.

Raw iGaming’s CEO, Tom Wood, commented on the purchase: “This is another step in our company’s evolution to provide premium products to every channel of the gaming industry.”

Elsewhere, Microgame has recently signed an agreement with Flows for the provision of its no-code innovation platform.
