Las Vegas-based tech company Optx has agreed a three-year partnership with Rush Street Gaming and its five land-based casinos.

The casino intelligence platform aims to bring all of a casino’s data sources into a single platform, transforming it into real-time insights and action for casino operators.

“We were seeking a player development solution that contained advanced operational functionality for hosts and managers yet was simple to install and easy to use,” said Rush Street Gaming CEO Tim Drehkoff.

“The Optx platform is exactly what we were looking for and will equip our host teams with an efficient new resource to best serve our guests.”

The Optx modules that will be utilised by Rush Street Gaming include Player Development, Player Development AI and Connect. Optx noted that such products aim to increase host team productivity, improve player loyalty and streamline communications between team members and guests.

Earlier this month, Optx signed a partnership with Viejas Casino & Resort in Southern California. Through the agreement, Viejas has acquired Optx Slots, Slots AI, Slot Dispatch, Player Development, Player Development AI and Connect solutions.
